The next clean- up session is scheduled for Sunday 31.May.26 at 10am... or whenever you can make it!

The next committee meeting is scheduled for Monday 01.June.26, 5pm in Clubhouse.

The top section of the green was reseeded on 7.Apr.26.

The seed was expected to sprout within 2 or 3 weeks, however this took longer than expected (!)...

We will now be doing a first cut on Friday 8.May , but the green may still need more time before opening up fully.

Thanks for your patience during this essential green maintenance.

A reminder.... as most of you will be aware, a clothesline marks the out-of-bounds in the meantime; the clear rule is that a bowl touching the clothesline is considered IN, whilst a bowl which has gone past the clothesline but NOT touching the clothesline is considered OUT.

A few notes regarding MAINS :

1.  MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR REGISTRATION TO TAKE PART IN ANY MAIN COMPETITION IS 12:45pm ON THE DAY (if you intend to play but may miss the 12:45 registration deadline please inform Maz)

2.  If a player only intends to play one round in the mains then they must throw the game before the end of it as a loser cannot go through to next round.

3. When on the green, please BE OBSERVANT and avoid walking across the line of play of other players (either wait for the next wood to be released or circle on the outside of the green!)

Clean-Up SUNDAYS!

Note this has now changed to SUNDAY.

We're now hosting "Club Cleanup Sunday" on the first Sunday of every month when there is NO MAIN Competition....

we hope as many people as possible will turn up to help out.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will of course be provided!!
