Dear Calderfield Bowling Club members, 

 

Our Annual General Meeting will be held in the function room,  Halfway House,  Woolton Road 

on Thursday 19.FEB.26 at 7pm

The Agenda is as follows:

5. Secretary's Report

6. Captains Report

7. Financial Report

8. Election of Officers

9. Appointment of Auditors

10. Greensmens Report 

11. Annual Subscription

NB. Notices of motions affecting Club rules must be submitted in writing to the Chair at least 

7days before the meeting.

 

There is a vacancy for a greensman or at least to assist as greensman.

Nominations are to be given to the Chair before the meeting or otherwise can be made at the AGM.

Proxy votes must be signed and lodged with the Chair prior to the vote being taken.

All members are asked to attend in order that the meeting represents the views of 

as many members as possible.

The opening date for the green for this season will be as early as possible and will be announced

at the AGM
